Potentiate Now App

As part of a client's enhancement to their CX program, Potentiate released their first mobile app. The aim of this app is to help employees action and track daily tasks and performance on the go.

Potentiate Now is an application built upon our Flashlight platform. This  app allows you to:

• Giving senior leaders a real-time health check of your organisational KPIs.
• An intuitive case management system
• Providing staff on the ground all the information required to ensure your customers' needs are addressed in real-time

My team went through the stages of developing an app - from the researching trends in the app world to wireframes and mockups to prototype and development to end product. We have designed the app to suit all of our clients' needs from branding to security management.
