For this challenge, we focused on a sample project called “Gen”. It is a web portal that will be used by practice improvement managers in a Primary Health Network (PHN) to analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services, particularly for those at risk of poor health outcomes. The portal will also assist in making decisions in the coordination of care.
The task was to redesign two pages - a landing page and the insights page which drills down into more depth of different categories.
The main user of Gen will be the practice improvement manager. They inspect the data to view the health demographics in their Primary Health Network, and determine the needs of the community in that area.
