Sampleworx is a random digital dialling product that generates and validates landlines and mobile numbers for charity, marketing and government organisations in Australia.
Sampleworx was in need of an update and revamp in both code and design. I took on this product when we were still generating and validating the mobile numbers manually. The aim for this update and revamp was to provide a more automated process for mobile numbers and introduce new technology in the industry. With the knowledge of how the numbers are generated and validated, I designed the UI/UX for the new portal and also revamped their website. I also helped the developers on how the logic and functionality of the portal.
The portal was quite glitchy and was super slow which made the user experience not very pleasant. For the new portal, we moved the product to one of our company's newer platforms and servers which definitely fixed the loading speed.
Along with this update, we partnered with Sensis to provide a more precise validation to the numbers generated by identifying an approximated location of where the number is located.
The original website wasn't very user-friendly and was packed with information which didn't correspond with the product as it was growing over the years. The style of the website was really outdated and old-fashioned. With a bit of content editing and new responsive template, we are able to provide updated product features and easier navigable website.
